Katrina started at Express in 2018 as the Business Developer. After several years in that role, she moved into and Employment Specialist position and is now Senior Recruiter in our professional division, Specialized Recruiting Group (SRG). SRG is the professional division of Express, and Katrina focuses on filling mid-senior level positions within Non-Profit/Social Work, Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Government Affairs.

Rachel Grandorff

Acconting & Finance, Human Resources & Industrial Management

Rachel joined Express in March of 2017 at the front desk in Centralia, WA. She quickly moved into an Employment Specialist role where she managed a blended desk over the next 5 years. She now works in our Professional Division, recruiting for Accounting and Finance, HR and Management positions. When she is not at work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and exploring all that the PNW has to offer!

Ashley began her journey with Express in 2015 as a Front Desk Receptionist. Over the years, she has embraced every role within the office, gaining valuable experience and insights along the way. Ashley is deeply passionate about connecting local businesses with exceptional talent, helping them build strong teams and thrive.

What Ashley loves most about her work is learning about the unique businesses that drive the community's success and having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their growth.

In 2022, Ashley partnered with longtime owner Reid Bates, with an exciting plan to transition to full ownership in 2027. Her dedication, expertise, and vision continue to shape the future of the business and its role in supporting the local community.
