Job Full Description:
Our client is a dynamic and growing firm dedicated to providing top-notch tax preparation and bookkeeping services to their diverse clientele. Their team is known for its professionalism, adaptability, and friendly approach. We are looking for multiple likeable and professional Tax Preparers to join their team at their Jacksonville, Palestine and Henderson locations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare corporate and personal tax returns accurately and efficiently.
- Provide bookkeeping services and maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize Crosslink and TaxSlayer tax software for tax preparation.
- Use MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for various accounting tasks.
- Market and promote services to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Crosslink and TaxSlayer tax software is preferred.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, easy-going personality with a professional demeanor.
- Sales background with the ability to market yourself and bring in new clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
