Our client is looking to add a Project Scheduling Manager to oversee 25-40 active projects from design to delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers and providing project updates.
- Reviewing project documentation for compliance.
- Monitoring and adjusting project schedules.
- Identifying and mitigating risks.
- Maintaining detailed project records.
- Collaborating with department leaders to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read construction/architectural drawings and contractual specifications (preferred).
- 4-year degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field, or 4 years of office experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
