Job Full Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a background in the construction industry to manage and oversee daily office operations for our client. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Sage, MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), and Capital One online banking. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, maintaining office inventory, and processing payroll for a team of 12-32 employees. Notary certification is preferred.

- Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Sage, MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), and Capital One online banking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with payroll processing for both W-2 and 1099 employees.
- Experience in reviewing contracts and managing POs.
- Notary certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
