Type: Full-time/Evaluation Hire
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property appraisals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports and documentation.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional people skills.
- Utilize statistical methods, regression, and modeling for precise appraisals.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new methods and technologies in the appraisal industry.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Educated, with a focus on finance, accounting, engineering, or math.
- Exceptional people skills with a demonstrated ability to be public-facing.
- Teachable and coachable with a desire for continuous improvement.
- A career trajectory that suggests stability.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 4-year degree preferred.
- Experience with statistics, especially regression and modeling.
- Bilingual skills for public-facing roles.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
