Our client is a dynamic and growing company in the manufacturing industry. They are dedicated to maintaining strong financial health and are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.
Job Description: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all accounts receivable functions within the business. This includes invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
- Process and post customer payments accurately and timely.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection.
- Maintain and update customer records in QuickBooks Online.
- Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
