VP of SRG - McCallum League

Jeff Miller joined the McCallum League in January of 2025. Bringing nearly two decades of experience in the staffing industry, he has held key leadership roles, including VP of Direct Hire Search, Board Member, and Managing Director at EdgeLink and Talent Groups, as well as Executive Recruiter and Director at Hall Kinion. In his current role, he leads strategic planning, sales, recruitment, and operational initiatives to drive the growth and success of SRG locations across the McCallum region, including Oregon, Colorado, and Arizona. His focus is on shaping the SRG brand both internally and within communities while fostering business development, strengthening client relationships, and recruiting and placing top-tier professional talent. Jeff is passionate about aligning these efforts with the overarching goals of SRG and Express to make a lasting impact.

John Kohler

Senior Technical Recruiter

John Kohler is a seasoned Senior Executive Recruiter with the Specialized Recruiting Group based in Portland, Oregon. With over 20 years of experience, John excels in building strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

John is dedicated to thoroughly understanding the unique challenges, opportunities, and goals of his clients and candidates, ensuring successful and enduring placements. As a versatile generalist, he has a proven track record of filling roles across various industries and levels.

Outside of his professional life, John has spent most of his time in Oregon, where he has raised four children as a single father and enjoys the outdoors. His passion for recruiting stems from the positive impact he has on companies and the careers of his candidates.

Sourcing Specialist

Julie Morales has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, with a strong expertise and passion for sourcing. While she has specialized in IT recruiting and sourcing for most of her career, she also has extensive experience across multiple industries, including Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, and Construction.

Dedicated to connecting top talent with the right opportunities, Julie takes pride in helping candidates advance their careers and supporting her team in identifying the best talent for their clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, working out, practicing yoga, and exploring Colorado.
