Karen was born and raised in Canby, Oregon. She attended George Fox University, where she gained a BA in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She started her Career at Express in 1997 and has 24 years in the staffing industry. Karen is passionate about building long-term relationships with our clients and candidates. She loves the impact that we make every day in people's lives and businesses throughout the Central Oregon region. In her spare time, she enjoys snowmobiling, paddle boarding, cooking, and spending time with family.

Madeline was born and raised in Yakima, Washington. She attended Whitworth University, where she received her Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She brings almost two years of recruiting experience to the team. Madeline recently moved to Central Oregon, where she enjoys skiing, hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with friends.
