Job Full Description:
This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and brand presence by executing innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate thrives in execution, with a passion for delivering creative and results-driven marketing campaigns. Great opportunity for growth into a future Marketing Manager role. This is a fully onsite role in Bend, Oregon.
What You Get to Do!
• Partner with Leadership to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with revenue and ROI goals.
• Own and manage the marketing calendar, overseeing campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, and trade shows.
• Develop and analyze email marketing campaigns and automation flows for continued performance improvement.
• Lead internal creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand campaigns that connect with target audiences.
• Collaborate with and manage external partners across digital advertising, SEO, and SEM to optimize spend and performance.
• Drive the evolution of a best-in-class digital shopping experience through disruptive e-commerce strategies.
• Establish and refine marketing processes and systems to maximize program effectiveness.
Job Experience
What You Will Bring…
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
• Strong background in marketing operations, analytics, and technology platforms.
• Proven ability to build and execute strategies that increase customer engagement and drive sales.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising creative teams and mentoring new talent.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
