Operations Specialist -Onboarding, Social Media and Marketing

Annie joined our team in 2017 as the Front Office Coordinator where she positively impacted and created a great experience for everyone who walked into our doors. In 2019 she was promoted to our Operations and Onboarding Specialist and continues to drive processes and candidate experience.  

Prior to working with us, Annie worked in the hospitality, events, sports and entertainment realm, which included being a former NBA cheerleader for the Charlotte Hornets. She also holds a real estate license in the state of North Carolina. Annie is a lover of all sports but Baltimore Ravens Football has her heart.  

Operational Specialist- Payroll, Accounts Receivable, W/C

Kay joined the Express Employment Professionals team in 2018 as an Employment Specialist where she partnered with companies to staff light industrial talent.  Prior to joining Express, Kay worked in retail management and always excelled with her customer service skills. 

Her earlier experience as an elementary school teacher provides her with incredible patience.  Kay recently took on an expanded role as our Payroll/Invoicing and Operations leader.  Kay keeps the office Zen balanced with her essential oil blends and has a passion for growing impressive vegetable gardens when she is not in the office.
