Job Full Description:
As an Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Support marketing efforts by identifying tradeshows, industry events, and advertising opportunities
- Conduct business reviews with key accounts and identify strategic growth opportunities
- Ensure pipeline management supports growth and meets sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand customer business objectives and needs to better align value propositions
- Communicate value propositions effectively through presentations and proposals
- Report on factors influencing strategic account directions and budgets
- Promote the organization and its products
- Understand ideal customers and their relation to our products
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Experience
Desired Business Development Manager candidates will have:
- 5+ years of related experience preferred
- Experience in the personal care market and/or contract manufacturing is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Supervisory and interpersonal skills required
