Job Full Description:

*This position is remote or virtual, but will require the ability to travel to sites up to 60%

  • Provide guidance and consultation to branch management and employees, offering continuous coaching and development
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team's recruitment strategies and assist as necessary
  • In collaboration with the Director of Human Resources, recommend practices that foster a positive employer-employee relationship and enhance employee morale and motivation
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns
  • Advise and monitor managers and supervisors in the company's progressive discipline system
  • Oversee the performance improvment process for underperforming employees
  • Review, guide, and approve managment recommendations for employment terminations
  • Support initiatives aimed at maintaining a union-free environment
  • Lead process improvment initatives organization-wide
  • Assist the Human Resources team with ongoing management and leadership development programs
  • Engage actively with ongoing HCMS, LMS and ATS initiatives
  • Participate in teh creation and implementation of pulse and engagement surveys
  • Cultivate a company culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, and high peformance
  • Collaborate with team to communicate the organization's compenstation and benefits program
  • Partner in the creation of ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies

Job Experience

Desired Human Resources Business Partner candidates will have experience with: 

  • 5+ years of advancing leadership experience in Human Resources roles
  • Active engagement in HR networks, organizations and community activities
  • Holds a process improvement certification, such as Lean, or other quality-focused credentials
  • Possess a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Results-driven with a structured and systematic approach to delivery business solutions
  • Strong leadership skills witha  focus on developing team members for future growth
  • Understand the critical importance of maintaining high levels of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational abilities

Job Education

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business, Bachelor's degree  in Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development or a related field is required
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Experience working in a Healthcare environment
