Our Story
Casey and Karl grew up alongside each other at the lake; Casey was best friends with Karl's older brother. They became family, by extension, so a business partnership was a natural fit.
Unrelated at the time, they both pursued careers in the Recruiting/Staffing industry. Casey leading a growing software company and Karl pursuing an entreprenurial dream by becoming an owner with Express Employment Professionals.
It made sense in 2021 for them to combine forces, and Specialized Recruiting Group, Stillwater was born.
