Casey Kraus

Managing Partner

Casey achieved his MBA from Hamline University while working and spent 13 years increasing TempWorks Software’s yearly revenue from $6 million to $35 million. He drove SRG Stillwater to become the top Direct Hire office out of 750 offices in 2023 and 2024 and received the SRG President’s Club Award in 2024.

Outside of recruiting, Casey stays competitive by golfing with friends and enjoys skiing and traveling with his wife, 2 kids, and their dog. He is also an avid foodie and cook, specializing in Asian cuisine and barbeque.

Marc enjoys changing lives and solving problems. He has over 10 years of leadership experience, has been a global Top 5 SRG Direct Hire Recruiter for 2 years in a row, and received the SRG President’s Club Award in 2023 and 2024.

Marc lives a simple life in a small town with his wife, 2 sons, and their dog. He enjoys all kinds of outdoor recreation, spending time at the lake, and going to the gym. More than anything, he loves spending time with family and friends.

Karl achieved a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College before pivoting towards entrepreneurship. He taught himself sales, leadership, and business before building a successful staffing company and later incorporating his office with SRG Stillwater.

When Karl isn’t helping candidates and companies succeed together, he enjoys being active with his wife and their 2 kids. He gives back to his community through volunteer board positions with the Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, the Minnesota Recruiting and Staffing Association, and the Forest Lake Community Scholarship Foundation.

Liv joined SRG after delivering exceptional client service in healthcare for over a decade. She is committed to personal and professional development and enjoys maintaining meaningful relationships with and advocating for the companies we work with.

Liv has been a fitness coach for over 16 years and is proud to start every day by coaching a group at 5 am before coming into the office. As a wife and mother of 4 kids, Liv deeply values spending time with her family and friends.

Emilio Rodriguez

Senior Recruiter

Emilio earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University Mankato and went on to manage transportation for large distribution centers at a third-party logistics company. He made the move to SRG to broaden his exposure to different industries and take on the exciting challenge of sales.

Outside of work, you’ll find Emilio on the golf course or out on the lake fishing, no matter what time of year it is. He also enjoys going on adventures with his wife and spending time with their two dogs.

Annika Miner

Professional Recruiter

Annika taught elementary and special education for four years after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She brought her strong communication skills and passion for helping others to SRG in 2024 and won the Rookie of the Year award as the top-producing recruiter out of all first-year SRG recruiters globally.

Annika jumps at every chance she gets to spend time with friends and family. She enjoys going on walks with her husband and mini-Australian shepherd, traveling, and going to sports events and concerts.

Noah Mueller

Marketing Specialist

Noah graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design and built a career in digital marketing at an agency in Georgia. In 2025, he moved to Minnesota and joined SRG Stillwater to help more companies and candidates discover our office.

In his free time, you can find Noah trying Twin Cities restaurants with his long-time partner, taking photos outdoors, and competing with friends in Mario Kart. He also enjoys camping in state and national parks and traveling across Iowa to visit family.
