Specialized Recruiting Group is pleased to announce that it has been retained to lead the search for an Executive Director for Kenya Hope, a Christian nonprofit ministry committed to transforming lives in rural Kenya and the Kibera slum of Nairobi.
Kenya Hope is an efficient, faith-driven organization focused on establishing Hope Centers in some of the most underserved and vulnerable communities in Kenya. The ministry provides comprehensive and holistic services through these Hope Centers, including educational, agricultural, medical, and spiritual programs. These efforts are carried out in close partnership with local communities that have dedicated space and resources for Kenya Hope’s initiatives.
The ministry’s mission is driven by the compassion of Christ, seeking to alleviate human suffering and share the Gospel in sustainable, transformative ways. Central to Kenya Hope’s work is its child and widow sponsorship program, which enables children to remain in school and empowers widows through a 24-month program designed to help them become self-sufficient. The organization also partners with U.S. congregations, sending teams to engage in hands-on ministry at the Hope Centers.
Susan Delauter from Specialized Recruiting Group will be leading the recruitment efforts for the new Executive Director. This role is critical to the continued growth and success of Kenya Hope, requiring an experienced, passionate leader with a heart for both service and strategic development.
