Job Full Description:

A local property management group is looking to add a property manager to its growing team. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, people-focused, and have excellent phone skills. Their team members are team and sales-oriented and extremely motivated. This position requires fine-tuned computer and paperwork skills; previous experience in affordable housing is extremely desirable.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Greets walk-in guests in the office
  • Answering phones and directing phone traffic
  • Communicating with current and prospective tenants
  • Explaining leasing agreements including the guidelines and requirements of affordable housing
  • Renewing Leases
  • Processing applications
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule: 1st shift, 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday

Job Experience

    • 2+ years of multi-family property management experience required.
    • Previous experience with affordable housing is preferred.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Administrative, organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
    • Effective problem-solving skills.
    • Time management skills to organize daily planning and monthly activities and meet deadlines.
    • Customer service skills to interact effectively with employees and outside customers.
    • Ability to shift priorities quickly without losing attention to detail.
