Job Full Description:
An innovative leader in the windows and doors industry is looking for an organized and critical thinker to join their highly successful sales team as a Project Coordinator. This position will be responsible for assisting the team as a liaison between the residents, builders and the internal sales team.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Scheduling order verification by coordinating dates & times with Sales Reps, Homeowners, and Order Verification Specialists via phone call, text, and email
- Answering customer inquiries and problem-solving for customers (internally and externally)
- Ensuring outstanding customer service as the customers’ main contact
- Responding to and resolving customer concerns/complaints
- Confirming that all customer requirements have been met and documented
- Monitor, update and troubleshoot any potential shipping and delivery issues by working closely with the logistics and warehouse team to resolve discrepancies and find solutions.
- Using and training on company proprietary software to complete all parts of the job
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Experience
- Previous Customer Service or Administrative experience required
- Professionalism and empathy when dealing with tense situations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Administrative, organizational, planning and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Time management skills to organize daily planning and monthly activities and meet deadlines
- Proactive and outside the box thinking approach
- Customer service skills to interact effectively with employees and outside customers
- Shift priorities quickly without losing attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft required, experience with Salesforce preferred
