Job Full Description:

An innovative leader in the windows and doors industry is looking for an organized and critical thinker to join their highly successful sales team as a Project Coordinator. This position will be responsible for assisting the team as a liaison between the residents, builders and the internal sales team. 

Project Coordinator Responsibilities: 

  • Scheduling order verification by coordinating dates & times with Sales Reps, Homeowners, and Order Verification Specialists via phone call, text, and email
  • Answering customer inquiries and problem-solving for customers (internally and externally)
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service as the customers’ main contact
  • Responding to and resolving customer concerns/complaints
  • Confirming that all customer requirements have been met and documented
  • Monitor, update and troubleshoot any potential shipping and delivery issues by working closely with the logistics and warehouse team to resolve discrepancies and find solutions. 
  • Using and training on company proprietary software to complete all parts of the job

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Job Experience

  • Previous Customer Service or Administrative experience required
  • Professionalism and empathy when dealing with tense situations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative, organizational, planning and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Time management skills to organize daily planning and monthly activities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and outside the box thinking approach 
  • Customer service skills to interact effectively with employees and outside customers
  • Shift priorities quickly without losing attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft required, experience with Salesforce preferred
