Job Full Description:
A thriving West Michigan-based commercial janitorial service company is seeking a dynamic and proactive Janitorial Operations Manager. This role is key in driving operational efficiency, overseeing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all accounts. Reporting directly to the Company Vice President, the Janitorial Operations Manager will implement streamlined processes to support the company's continued growth and success.
Janitorial Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Build and manage efficient cleaning systems and standardized work processes.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and conduct regular customer walkthroughs.
- Develop and lead training programs, ensuring staff have the tools to succeed.
- Manage budget processes, collaborating with managers to optimize supply and payroll usage.
- Ensure safety compliance and promote a positive, safety-conscious work environment.
- Provide leadership and coaching to contract and district managers to maintain high performance standards.
