In 2010, Rod & Lynn Coburn purchased their first Express Employment franchise office in Westland, MI. With grit, accountability, hard work, and a dedicated team; business flourished and they purchased a second office in Farmington Hills, MI in 2014.    
 
Our journey to being recognized as a provider of Top Talent has led us to being consistently ranked in the top 20% of Express offices earning us the “Circle of Excellence” award. This journey has also led us to the realization that our client partners need full-service hiring support. 
 
In 2022, we launched our Specialized Recruiting Group division focused on hiring Professional Talent within the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Civil Engineering, and Construction Operations spaces. As our client partners’ needs continue to grow, so do we.

Adam Klug

Managing Director

Adam launched his career at a prominent M&A advisory firm, specializing in insurance distribution and wealth management. Transitioning to a dynamic Grand Rapids startup, he built a million-dollar book of business and established an office in downtown Detroit. His contributions then led him to a Senior Consultant promotion.
 
Now at SRG, Adam is instrumental in shaping the team and is passionate about making a meaningful impact through employment solutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a Minor in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University and served for 8 years in the US Army as a Forward Observer.
 
Beyond his professional life, Adam is an enthusiastic fan of Detroit sports, UFC, and soccer. During weekends, he enjoys time with family and friends, brewery exploration, travel through Airbnb or VRBO, and cherishing moments with his wife and Golden Retrievers, Maple and Molson, affectionately known as "The Canadians."
