The Specialized Recruiting Group (SRG), an Express Employment Professionals company, is adding an inside sales team member to our award-winning team!

About the Job:
As a Professional Recruiter / Inside Sales for Express Indy South and the Specialized Recruiting Group you will be:
- Filling jobs with urgency for clients across 7 counties in South Central Indiana (based in Greenwood) who are in need of hiring skilled employees for a variety of office and professional positions.
- Examples: office assistant, front office, receptionist, inside sales, counter clerks, customer service representatives, HR, office managers, administrative assistants, and more
- Utilizing on-line job boards, databases, social media and local community outlets to source candidates.
- Interviewing candidates who are seeking employment to build a pipeline of candidates for clients.
- Connecting and building relationships with local businesses to let them know about available top talent and discovering their needs.
- Conducting quality calls via phone to ensure that our service is the very best.
- Having a consultative approach as you make sales contacts to market top talent to prospective and current clients in need of top employees.
- Meeting and exceeding required metrics to build a pipeline in order to reach desired outcomes.

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with total compensation from $50-75K+
- Bonus opportunities also available
