Connor brings an exceptional pool of knowledge in the Information Technology, Engineering and Construction Industry with it being weighted heavily in favor of residential, commercial, and multifamily development; Connor has held a variety of business development positions including working in an architecture firm directly entrenched in the day-to-day design-build operations. After his time spent in the financial services industry, Connor jumped into the recruiting industry in 2017 by doing pre-screen qualification calls for his recruiting team. Connor gained enough experience in recruiting and client development to open his own recruiting agency which reached profitability within the first year and for the next 3 years after until his departure. Connor attributes his motivation and determination directly to his desire for driving growth and impacting success. Connor holds an MLO License in 5 different states and loves automotive racing, studying theoretical physics, and spending time with his family.
