Screening and Evaluation

Initial Contact, Screening, and Evaluation:

The individual(s) listed in this proposal have been vetted and interviewed by our team to ensure they meet the criteria for the position and have all the necessary education, expertise, certifications, and skills. We also completed preliminary reference checks to verify their information.

Employment application and interview

Candidates Submitted and Interviews Scheduled:

This proposal is our official submission of candidates who meet the criteria for the job. We will work with you to schedule interviews and prepare the candidates to meet with representatives from your company.

Hiring Decision

Hiring Decision Made:

Once a hiring decision has been made, we work with you to determine parameters of the offer, then extend the offer to the candidate. The Specialized Recruiting Group has multiple solutions for hiring. You can hire the candidate directly onto your payroll, or they can work contract through the Specialized Recruiting Group with the option to eventually hire directly.

Onboarding Strategy and Timeline Determined:

After an offer is extended and accepted, we will help build a strategy for onboarding the candidate.
