This biannual survey tracks employment and hiring trends across a wide range of industries. The data and trends collected via the survey are summarized in the Job Insights report.

  • 68% of companies agree workers over age 65 will always have a place in the workforce
  • 93% of companies see the benefits of semi-retirement
  • 63% of hiring decision-makers say the skills gap they see from new hires in the past year is wider than ever
  • 66% report deterioration of hard and soft skills as an impact of extended unemployment
  • 53% of hiring decision-makers would prefer to take more time to hire a candidate who doesn’t require training
